We remember the day we purchased you like it was yesterday 📆. You were the spark that ignited the flame of our passion, and you’ve been the heartbeat of our cafe ever since 🤣
Over the years, you’ve seen us at our best and worst, through early morning rushes and late-night cleanups 🕒️. You’ve been a silent witness to our triumphs and setbacks, and you’ve always been there to help us get the job done 💪. Your durability and resilience have inspired us to be better, to work harder, and to never give up 💫.
Rest now, old girl. You’ve earned it 😴. Your replacement may be shiny and new, but it will never replace the love and appreciation we have for you ❤️.

Shooting to fame at the age of 19 with a viral audition video that now has over 50 million views on YouTube, Karise Eden has arguably one of Australia’s most distinctive voices, with two ARIA Awards, gold and platinum records and multiple Top 5 positions in the ARIA and AIR charts.
Often compared with the likes of Adele and Amy Winehouse, the formidable singer-songwriter’s first indie release in 2022, “Into The Black” also featured an AIR No. 1 single.
Karise’s solo shows see her armed with her guitar and a songbook of her own originals plus her own twist on some classics that have influenced her musical journey throughout her career.

Maintaining their consistency of ‘real songs’, strong use of harmonies and that ‘out on the veranda’ organic sound, The Bobkatz have built a steady and faithful following of “story song fans” with current worldwide plays and streams of 20,000 + per month.
Sadly, founding member, songwriter and lead vocalist/bassist Garry Koehler passed away in October 2019 after a 3 year battle with cancer.
Tribute shows to Garry at Tamworth Country Music Festival in 2020 performed by The Bobkatz, with Garry’s daughter Sarah on lead vocals, were extremely popular and after careful thought The BobKatz decided to continue with Sarah upfront performing her father’s wonderful songs.
The album “The Truth Is” recorded in 2021 contains songs recorded by Garry & Rob, prior to Garry’s passing, as well as some new material and a couple of old favourites, reimagined and performed by Sarah.

We had our Oodies Christmas party complete with inflatable suits 🤣.. it was a bit of fun and a bit of stupidity in the mix.. but it just made us smile 😊.

Hello 👋 And a huge MERRY CHRISTMAS 🎄 to you all!
Jenny and I would like to say a HUGE thank you 🙏 to each and every one of you who has continued to support our VERY special Oodies. This running a small business situation is a crazy roller coaster 🎠, but every day we are grateful that you hang around for the ride.
We won’t be here over Christmas and New Year because somehow I convinced my sister to volunteer at The Woodford festival again 🎉. So if you’re around those parts, you will find me working in the Blues Bar, and Jenny will be stage managing at Bob’s Bar.. feel free to come and find us and say hi 👋.
Our amazing team will be taking the reins while we sweat it out at Woodford 💪. We are always grateful for them in these times. Please be patient with them as they navigate a busy period without us 🙏.
We will only be closed CHRISTMAS DAY, BOXING DAY and NEWS YEAR’S DAY 🎊. Everything else is business as usual 🙌.
We have had alot of fun over the last few weeks, decorating Oodies 🎄 and while I am on the subject, we would like to thank our friend BEX 🙏 for doing such a stunning job with the Christmas trees and donating ALL of the decorations 🎁. Thanks BEX 🙏. It truly brings joy and happiness to many ❤️.
